I finally got a copy of the wedding document for my Great-Great Grandparents William R Knickerbocker and Helen E. Burgess. The Minnesota Historical Society was able to provide me a copy for a small fee. You can visit them here. They had to make two copies because the record is longer than an 8 1/2 by 11 piece of paper. To any person lawfully authorized to solemnize marriages in [ ] state. Know ye that[or vital] licences is hereby granted[?] to join together as husband and wife William R. Knickerbocker of the county of Fond Du Lac and state of Wisconsin and Hellen E. Bergess [Helen E. Burgess] of the county of Steele and state of Minnesota being satisfied by the oath of said Wm. R. Knickerbocker that there is no legal impediment thereto.
Therefore this [ ] be your sufficient authority for solemnizing the marriage of said parties and making [ ] thereof as provided by law.
In testimony whereof I have unto get[let] my hand and affirmed the deed[?] of said court at Owatanna this 30 day of Nov, 1868
The second part reads:

I hereby certify that on the 2nd day of Dec in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight at [ ] in said county I the undersigned a minister of the Gospel did join in holy bonds of matrimony according to the laws of the state Wm. R. Knickerbocker of the county of Fond du Lac and state of Wisconsin and Helen E. Burgess of the county of Steele and the state of Minnesota.
